First Visit: What To Expect

During routine visits, we take the time to provide individualized advice for enjoying not only a healthy smile, but overall physical well being. We emphasize the importance of maintaining healthy gums, educating patients on how they can improve periodontal health in order to avoid complex dental problems and overall health concerns related to gum disease.

At your first visit to our Fullerton Craft Smiles Dental office, we want to learn more about you and give you the opportunity to get to know us, as well as tour our office. Our patient forms are available online for completing prior to your visit if possible, making the paperwork quick and easy. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about dental insurance, services available and general office policies.

After meeting our staff, your first visit will include the following:

During your consultation with Dr. Patel, he will discuss your medical history, lifestyle habits affecting your health and personal concerns about your smile. If necessary, a personalized treatment plan will be outlined to address any dental concerns or cosmetic goals with appropriate cosmetic or restorative dentistry.
